Bio-Rad chemidoc acquisition instrument
Cells treated with LNVs showed an increase in lncRNA levels. (A) PCR amplification of plant-derived lncRNA LM_XLOC_013494 was performed on cDNA from THLE-2 cells treated with LNVs (25 and 50 μg/mL for 6, 24 and 48 h). Amplified products were separated on a 2.5% agarose gel and visualized with a <t>ChemiDoc</t> imaging system. GAPDH was used as a loading control. (B) Levels of plant-derived lncRNA LM_XLOC_013494 were measured by RT-PCR in THLE-2 cells treated with LNVs (25 and 50 μg/mL for 6, 24, and 48 h). LncRNAs levels were normalized to actin (n = 3–6). Data is reported as mean ± SD. Statistical significance was assessed by unpaired Student’s t test (the normal data distribution was analyzed by Shapiro-Wilk test).

Figure Lengend Snippet: Cells treated with LNVs showed an increase in lncRNA levels. Article Snippet: After amplification, the PCR products were subjected to electrophoresis on a 2.5% (LM_XLOC_013494) and 1.5% (H19) agarose gels and visualized by Chemidoc acquisition instrument (Bio-Rad, USA).
